How to Request
Send an email to:

Official HertSU Contact
Include your full name, email address, and Student ID in your request.
Information to Include
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Student ID (if applicable)
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
What Happens Next?

We'll verify your identity (1-2 business days)

Deletion
Account deleted within 7-14 business days

Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email
Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Some records may be retained for compliance purposes
- Allow up to 14 business days for processing
